摘要
2014年,芬兰颁布《国家基础教育核心课程2014》,提出了七大核心素养,并基于核心素养建构了课程体系。七大核心素养包括:多元读写能力、信息通讯技术能力、照顾自己与管理日常生活、思考与学会学习、文化素养与互动表达、职业能力与创业素养和参与构建可持续发展的未来。研究发现,芬兰的七大核心素养可分为"人与工具""人与自己"和"人与社会"三大方面,以此为基础"垂直连贯、水平统整"地建构课程体系。垂直方向上,核心素养的描述细致到每一学段;水平方向上,核心素养与各个学科的内容领域紧密相联,并通过教学目标将核心素养落实到具体的教学上。
In 2014, Finland issued National Core Curriculum for Basic Education 2014, which presented seven key competences and constructed curriculum system based on them. These seven key competences are a) multi-literacy; b) ICT competence, c) taking care of oneself and managing daily life; d) thinking and learning to learn; e) cultural competence, interaction and self-expression; f) working life competence and entrepreneurship and g) participating, involvement and building a sustainable future. It is found that Finnish seven key competences can be divided into three categories: "people and tools", "people and themselves" and "people and society". Based on this, the curriculum system is constructed "vertically coherent and horizontally integrated". Vertically, the description of key competences is detailed to each period. Horizontally, key competences are closely related to the content areas of various disciplines, and translated into specific teaching through teaching objectives.
