摘要
随着用户对高压电连接器可靠性要求的越来越高,对安装空间要求亦越小越好,文章介绍了为用户设计定制的一种6芯10kV的小型化高压电连接器,并利用ANSYS软件对产品场强分布进行仿真,计算绝缘电阻来验证结构的合理性。
With the increasing requirement for reliability of high voltage connectors and the smaller installation space, this paper introduces a miniaturized high voltage connector with 6 cores of 10 kV, which is designed and customized for users. The ANSYS software is used to simulate the field strength distribution of the product and calculate the insulation resistance, so as to verify the rationality of the structure.
