摘要
为解决高速连退立式清洗段因电解清洗液位下降、脱脂剂冒泡、凝胶、残留等问题导致清洗后带钢的表面黑点缺陷。通过现场调研分析漏液发生的规律,提出了溢流管道增加阀门的控制理念,优化后液位下降速率由0.12%/s降低至0.02%/s(清洗段速度为500m/min),通过建立带钢带入系统污染物模型,定量计算不同工况下脱脂剂中残油、残铁含量,确定清洗段不同工况下脱脂剂排放以及消泡剂添加的最优量。建立了带钢带入热水漂洗系统脱脂剂计算模型,得出热漂洗段脱盐水排液量不得低于11.47m3/h。通过上述措施,成功解决了高速立式清洗段清洗后带钢的表面黑点缺陷。
In order to solve the problem of black spot defect on the surface of the strip after cleaning,which was caused by the degreasing agent level drop,the degreasing agent residue,the bubbling and sol-gel of degreasing agent.By site investigation and analyzing the occurrence of leakage based on the field test and putting forward the concept of adding the overflow valve on overflow pipe was put forward based on the site investigation and analysis of the occurrence of leakage.And after the optimization,the rate of the degreasing agent level drop was decreased from0.12%/s to 0.02%/s(cleaning speed of 500 m/min).Through the establishment of a pollutant model,the residual oil and residual iron contents in the degreasing agent under different working conditions were quantitatively calculated.And then the optimal amount of the degreaser emission and defoamer addition was determined.A calculation model of degreasing agent content in the hot water rinsing system was established.It was concluded that the discharge of the desalted water in the hot rinse section should not be less than 11.47 m3/h.Through the above measures,the black spot defect on the surface of the strip after the high-speed vertical cleaning was successfully solved.
