膈肌巨大孤立性纤维瘤伴血供异常并发低血糖一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,54岁。13年前偶发低血糖,服糖后缓解,近7个月症状加重,期间多次无诱因晨起出现意识不清、行为异常等症状,既往患有风湿性关节炎、关节骨痛病史。入院查血糖为2.7 mmol/L,胰岛素<0.200 u U/ml,C肽0.229ng/ml。CT检查:右侧胸腔巨大软组织肿块,大小约为20.0cm×20.0 cm×10.0 cm,边缘光滑,界限清晰,密度不均,
