摘要
为提高管坯的质量及焊管机的工作效率,设计了一种针对焊接区域压力的自动监测系统。系统以STM32F746IGT6型MCU为核心,利用AD4003型A/D转换模块和电阻应变式压力传感器实现多点压力采集,辅以电磁式有源蜂鸣器进行超压报警,采用TFT液晶显示屏显示数据。研究并阐述了焊接区域压力的自动监测、数据传输及数据处理等。测试结果表明,该系统较好地实现了压力信号的在线精确测量和超压报警功能,且结构简单可靠,具有推广应用价值。
An automatic monitoring system for welding zone pressure is designed to improve the quality of the tube and the efficiency of the pipe welding machine. The core of the system is MCU STM32F746IGT6. The AD4003 A/D conversion module and the resistance strain pressure sensor are used to collect multi-point pressure data. An active electromagnetic buzzer is equipped for overpressure alarm, at the same time, the LCD-TFT is used for data presentation. The automatic monitoring and data transmission and processing of welding area pressure were studied and discussed. The test results show that the system accomplishes on-line precise measurement and overpressure alarm function of the pressure signal. The system has development and application value for its simple and reliable strutting.
