摘要
基于我国煤炭领域标准制修订现状,简要介绍了我国煤炭资源与质量评价标准体系的发展历程。按照现有标准概况、体系划分与层次安排,通过体系明细表、标准统计与分析剖析了煤炭资源与质量评价现有标准体系的构成情况及其存在的问题。根据煤炭行业发展的客观需求以及国家对于标准化工作改革的最新要求,结合重点制修订计划项目提出了我国煤炭资源与质量评价标准体系的发展规划。
Based on the current situation of evaluation standard system was introduced. quality system were analyzed in terms of current situation, standard system and level division, detailed diagram, statistic and analysis. Then based on the objective demand for the development of coal industry and the latest requirements on standardizaton reform, the develop plan of China coal resource and quality evaluation standard system was proposed.
