摘要
海上天气环境恶劣、可进入性差,给海上风电机组的运行维护带来了巨大挑战。该文引入天气因子、可及率和容量因子,分别描述天气对机组劣化过程、维护停机时间和单位时间停机损失的影响。将海上风电机组视为多部件串联系统,以维护成本最小为目标,部件可靠度为约束,构建了考虑天气因素的预防性机会维护模型。维护策略考虑不完全维护和更换两种方式,结合部件劣化情况和维护费用,以费效比作为维护方式的决策依据。以某海上风电场单台风电机组为例,将文中所提策略与不考虑天气因素的预防性维护策略、机会维护策略进行了对比,分析了天气、部件劣化、维护程度等因素对策略的影响。仿真结果验证了所提维护策略的有效性和优越性。
Harsh marine environment and poor accessibility bring great challenge to the operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines. In this paper, the weather factor, accessibility and capacity factor were introduced to describe the influence of the weather on the component deterioration process, maintenance downtime and downtime loss per unit respectively. The offshore wind turbine was treated as a multi components series system and the preventive opportunistic maintenance model considering weather conditions was constructed by taking the minimum maintenance cost as objective and component reliability as constraints. The imperfect maintenance and replacement were considered in maintenance strategy. Combined with the deterioration of component and maintenance cost, the return on investment ratio was taken as the decision basis of maintenance mode. Finally, taking a single wind turbine in an offshore wind farm as an example,the strategy proposed was compared with the preventive maintenance strategy and the opportunity maintenance strategy without taking into account weather factors, and the effects of weather, component deterioration and maintenance degree were analyzed. The simulation results verified the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed maintenance strategy.
