摘要
目的分析分层护理在血液透析患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院在2016年8月—2018年2月收治的血液透析患者98例作为研究对象,将其进行分组研究。对照组常规护理,实验组分层护理,对比两组患者的效果差异。结果实验组病房消毒、健康宣传、护理文书及基本护理、专业技能护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组社会功能、心理健康、角色功能、躯体、精力、总体健康均低于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血液透析患者实施分层护理可有效预防和减少并发症,进一步提升生活质量和护理服务质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of stratified nursing in clinical nursing of hemodialysis patients. Methods 98 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing. The experimental group was stratified nursing. The difference about the nursing effect between the two groups was compared. Results the scores of disinfection, health publicity, nursing documents, basic nursing and professional skill nursing quality of the experimental group were signifcantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The social function, mental health, role function, body, energy and overall health of the control group were lower than that of the experimental group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was low. In the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of stratifed nursing in hemodialysis patients can effectively prevent and reduce complications, and further improve the quality of life and nursing service.
