神经监测仪在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进手术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨神经监测系统在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进手术中的应用价值。方法我院于2013年3月—2017年5月,对106例继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者实施在神经监测仪下的手术治疗,术中不同时段监测喉返神经的功能。现对神经监测仪在继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进手术中的应用及体会进行总结。结果 106例患者均在神经监测仪下进行了甲状旁腺的手术治疗,术后均未发生声音嘶哑、呼吸困难等并发症。术后患者血钙值维持在正常范围之内,血磷、血iPTH值明显下降。结论神经监测仪联合肉眼观察提高了喉返神经的识别率,确保手术的安全性。 Objective To explore the application value of neural monitoring system in the operation of secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods From March 2013 to May 2017, our hospital carried out surgical treatment of 106 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism, monitoring the function of the recurrent laryngeal nerve during different periods of operation. The application and experience of neural monitor in secondary hyperparathyroid operation are summarized. Results All 106 patients underwent surgical treatment of parathyroid glands under the nerve monitor, none of which had the complications of hoarseness and diffculty in breathing. Postoperative blood calcium value remained within normal range, and blood phosphorus and iPTH value decreased significantly. Conclusion Nerve monitor joint macroscopic observation improves the recognition rate of laryngeal recurrent nerve, to ensure the operation safety of the operating.
