Objective To study the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in emergency teaching practice. Methods A total of 150 internship nursing students in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the odds and odds of admission, they were randomly divided into experimental group and regular group, with 75 people in each group. The routine group used the conventional teaching method. The experimental group used the situation simulation teaching method on the basis of the regular teaching to compare the evaluation and evaluation of the two groups of intern students and the self-rating (practical ability, emergency ability, problem solving ability and first aid awareness). Results The total rate of the first-aid exercise examination of the internship nursing students in the experimental group was high. Compared with the conventional group, the self-rating score of the experimental group was high, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in emergency teaching practice is conducive to the internship nursing students to continuously optimize their professional skills, stimulate their own work enthusiasm, and more self-evaluation.
