摘要 小型现场混装乳化炸药装药器采用往复式活塞泵双泵联动结构,实现了乳化基质和敏化剂配比的同步计量,满足对现场爆破振动药量控制的要求;通过研究末端静态混合器及敏化剂减阻技术,实现低泵压、长距离乳胶基质的输送;通过对往复式活塞泵安全性研究,实现装置运行安全可靠;小型现场混装乳化炸药装药器的研制开发满足了在道路差、工作面狭窄等各种"小、零、散"爆破项目复杂作业环境下的现场混装炸药技术应用需求,完善了乳化基质装药装备类型,丰富现场混装炸药"一体化"作业模式。 The small-scale on-site mixed emulsion explosive charging device adopts reciprocating piston pump double pump linkage structure, which realizes the synchronous measurement of the ratio of emulsion matrix and sensitizer, and satisfies the requirement of field blasting vibration dose control. The low pump pressure and long distance emulsion substrate are transported by studying the end static mixer and the sensitizer reduction technology. Through the research on the safety of reciprocating piston pump, the operation of the device is safe and reliable. The research and development of small-scale on-site mixed emulsion explosive charging device satisfies the application demand of the field mixed explosive technology under the complicated working environment of "small, zero, scattered" blasting project in the road difference, the working face narrow and so on. It has perfected the emulsion matrix charge equipment type and enriched the field mixed explosive "the integration" operation mode.
