摘要
目的观察辨证论治角结膜干燥症的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月-2017年8月医院诊治的角结膜干燥症患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予辨证论治,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%显著高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.08,P <0.05)。结论辨证论治角结膜干燥症临床效果好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation in the treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca.Methods 84 patients with keratoconjunctivitis who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases）.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group（95.24%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.95%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 4.08,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment for keratoconjunctivitis is good,and it is worthy of clinical application.
