大麦苗复合粉对荷瘤小鼠化疗的辅助作用及其机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨大麦苗复合粉对荷瘤小鼠化疗的辅助作用及其机制。[方法]采用MTT法测定大麦苗复合粉体外对小鼠S-180瘤细胞的抑制作用和对巨噬细胞的促增殖作用,并筛选出适宜用量用于体内试验。建立小鼠S-180肿瘤模型,化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)连用3 d,同时大麦苗复合粉连续灌胃15 d,观察其对荷瘤小鼠瘤质量、肝脾指数及血细胞的影响。[结果]化疗时配用大麦苗复合粉可显著提高荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率为74.3%,单纯化疗组为45.9%,小鼠一般状态优于化疗组,且显著提高小鼠脾脏指数、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的数量(P<0.05);体外大麦苗复合粉有显著抑制小鼠S-180瘤细胞的作用,对巨噬细胞的作用同盐酸左旋咪唑。[结论]大麦苗复合粉有抵抗化疗药引起的淋巴细胞的减少,使化疗的同时不失去对免疫细胞的监控作用,并可减轻化疗药物的毒副作用。 [Objective]To explore the auxiliary function of barley seedling compound power on chemotherapy in tumor bearing mice and its mechanism. [Method]MTT test was employed to measure the inhibitory effect of barley seedling compound power on S-180 sarcoma cells and the proliferation promotion effect of barley seedling compound power on Macrophages, and then selected a suitable dosage for further vivo experiment. S-180 sarcoma models of mice was built up, Chemotherapy drug(5-FU) was used for 3 days in a row while barley seedling compound power for 15 days continuously. The influence of the quality of tumor, the liver spleen index and blood cells in tumor bearing mice was observed afterwards. [Result]Barley seedling compound power can obviously restain S-180 sarcoma of the proliferation and on the amount of macrophages with Levamisole hydrochloride in vitro.Therefore, chemotherapy withbarley seedling compound power can significantly improve the inhibition rate by 74.3% of tumor bearing mice, while its rate of chemotherapy group (5-FU) was only 45.9%. Besides, the general body state of the mice treated by chemotherapy with barley seedling compound power is better than that of chemotherapy group. And it can significantly improve the spleen index of mice, improve the number of the neutrophils, monocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophils ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion]Barley seedling compound power has resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs induced lymphopenia, which don’t lose monitoring impact on immune cells at the time of chemotherapy, and can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs.
