摘要
针对军事和民用领域对新型吸波材料的需求,以柠檬酸既作为络合剂,也作为碳源,与不同比例的铁、钴盐混合形成凝胶,干燥后在惰性气氛中高温热解,得到Fe_xCo_y/C复合材料.对所得复合材料进行物质结构、形貌及磁性能表征,并测试了复合材料的电磁参数,研究了材料对电磁波的损耗能力.结果表明:FeCo合金化对碳组分的石墨化程度和材料的磁性能产生影响,改善了复合材料的介电性能及磁性能;当Fe/Co比为1∶1时,反射损耗达到最小值-39.5dB,响应频宽为3.4GHz(9.1~12.5GHz).
Considering the urgent demand of novel microwave-absorbing materials in military and civil field,citrate acid was employed as both complexing agent and carbon source to produce FexCoy/C composites through a direct pyrolysis of the resultant gels.The structure,morphology and magnetic properties of these composites were characterized.Their electromagnetic parameters and microwave absorption performances were also investigated.The results indicate that the alloying process has great influence on graphitization degree of carbon component and magnetic properties of these composites.When the ratio of Fe/Co is 1∶1,the composite exhibits the minimum reflection loss of -39.5 dB and the effective frequency width of 3.4 GHz(9.1~12.5 GHz).
