摘要
文章介绍了陆曙教授从气血论治舒张性心力衰竭的临床经验。陆教授认为气、血相关病理变化在本病发病中发挥重要作用,临床辨证治疗有从气治,有从血治,或气血同治,根据患者症情不同辨证选方用药。陆曙教授运用中医药治疗本病疗效显著,附验案加以说明。
This paper elaborates professor LU Shu＇s clinical experience that he has used Qi blood dialectic theory to cure heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction（ HFp EF）. Professor LU deems that the pathological changes of Qi and blood play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease. Dialectical prescription medication like tonifying Qi,activating blood stasis,orregulating Qi and resolving blood stasis is choosed according to the different symptoms of patients. A test case is given to illustrate remarkablely significant therapeutic effect.
