摘要
某试验模型在风洞中除了要进行常规测力试验外,还要进行支撑干扰修正。模型采用直尾支为主支撑获得基本数据;采用腹支撑为辅助支撑,通过"两步法"修正支撑干扰近场影响。针对要求研制辅助支撑系统,即腹支撑机构及假尾支结构。模型受载后,腹支撑刚度不能避免假尾支与模型干涉的风险,因此研制了假尾支补偿机构。假尾支补偿机构利用电动缸驱动,直线导轨限位,距离传感器实时监测和反馈,可有效补偿假尾支的位置。
In addition to routine force test, one model in wind tunnel should carry out support interference correction test. The model uses the straight sting to obtain the basic data, and chooses abdominal sting as the ancillary support. The support interference of near field can be corrected by using two steps method. The auxiliary support system, namely the abdominal support and dummy straight sting is developed for the requirement. Because of the load on the model, the dummy sting may interfere with the model. The stiffness of abdominal sting is not enough to avoid the problem. It is necessary to develop the position compensation mechanism of dummy sting. The mechanism uses electric cylinder to drive and linear guide rail limit. The distance sensors in the dummy sting can be monitored and feedback in real time, which can compensate the location of dummy sting, full timely and effectively.
