蛋形水下耐压壳的屈曲行为研究 被引量:2

Buckling Behavior of Submersible Egg-shape Pressure Hull

摘要 针对蛋形水下耐压壳结构的稳定性开展数值模拟研究,给出蛋形壳体的几何建模方法,基于Abaqus有限元仿真软件获得蛋形壳体的屈曲临界载荷和屈曲模态,并与Mushtri方程的理论结果进行对比研究,验证仿真模型的精确性。同时,为提高蛋形壳体的稳定性,提出一种加筋结构,研究加筋方式和加筋厚度等因素对壳体稳定性的影响规律,结果显示加筋结构对壳体的稳定性有显著增强效果,其中,环向加筋比纵向加筋效果更为明显,但加筋体厚度影响较小。分析还发现,壳体自身厚度对屈曲特征量的影响最大。 The stability of the egg-shape pressure hull is investigated based on the numerical simulations.The geometrical shape is formulated.Buckling critical loads and buckling modes are obtained through the ABAQUS software.The solutions are verified by comparing with the theoretical solutions derived by Mushtri’s equation.Meanwhile,to improve the stability of the egg-shape hull,a kind of the stiffened structure is presented and the influence of the patterns and thicknesses of the stiffened ribs on the buckling solutions are discussed.It is found that the stability performance of the egg-shape hull can be improved significantly by the stiffened grid,especially for the circumferential ribs.However,the effect of the rib thickness is negligible.In addition,the shell thickness has an obvious effect on the results.
