摘要
基于科技水平的不断发展,在未来可以实现大型商业运营船舶无人化的预期,文章提出了一种无人商船的概念设计。选择了无压载水船型作为无人商船的船型并给出了型线设计,并以阻力最小为目标优化船型参数,得到船型方案,选择了电力吊舱推进系统。在分析了传统油船的主要系统设备的基础上,提出了无人商船应具有的主要系统及设备。在货舱区增设燃油舱,保证了货舱舱容并解决了空载时尾倾过大的难题。根据总布置估算无人商船的重量重心。校核了六种典型工况的完整稳性及突风与横摇衡准。从船价及营收两方面分析了无人商船的经济性能,基本完成无人商船的总体设计。
Based on the continuously developing level of science and technology and the prospect of the accomplishment of unmanned large merchant ship, the paper presents a concept design for unmanned merchant ship. The paper chooses the non-ballast water ship as the type of unmanned merchant ship and designs the molded lines. The minimum resistance is chosen as the objective to optimize the ship type parameters, and the ship scheme is obtained. The power pod propulsion system is chosen. The paper presents the main system and equipment which the unmanned ship should have. Adding fuel tanks in cargo area is to solve problem of the large aft trim in non-load condition. Checking the intact stability and sudden wind and roll criterion in six loading conditions is done. It analyzes the economic performance of the unmanned merchant ship with the aspect of cost and income, which basically completes the general design of unmanned merchant ship.
