The overall structure and working principle of a projected marine life-saving equipment is introduced in the paper. The equipment consists of targeting module, power modules, warhead module and transmit modules, focusing on the targeting module and module design warhead components. The targeting module are composed by laser ranging modules, wind direction and speed sensors, electronic compass, tilt sensor, a control operation module, LCD liquid crystal display and power supply modules. Each instrument measurement data are processed by control modules. The accuracy of life-saving equipment is assured by right angle projection. The warhead module consists of an inflatable rescue airbags, small high-pressure CO2 cylinders, triggering devices and other components, to provide buoyancy drowning. The entire system is reliable and easy to use by testing.
