平直翅片管传热与阻力特性的数值研究

摘要 被广泛应用于制冷和空调系统的翅片管式换热器,其性能和效率影响着整个系统,起着关键和决定性的作用。在流动状态下,通过对平直翅片管式换热器的传热性能和流动阻力特性的具体研究。结果表明:随着翅片间距的不同大小变化和管排数的变化,传热和流动的强化效果也随之改变;Re数在350左右时,传热性能和流动特性的差距很小;在Re数较高的情况下,变化较明显,流动情况相对复杂一些。
