摘要
目的探讨高频超声诊断乳腺癌的影像学特征表现及临床价值。方法 2016年5月—2018年4月该院收治的96例疑似乳腺癌患者为研究对象,全部患者均以高频彩色多普勒超声系统进行诊断,回顾性分析患者超声影像学资料,归纳总结乳腺癌影像学特征表现,以病理诊断结果为金标准,统计高频超声诊断乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度、符合率。结果 96例患者高频超声诊断恶性病变53例、良性病变43例,病理诊断恶性病变50例、良性病变46例,基于金标准,高频超声诊断乳腺癌敏感度82.0%,特异度73.91%,符合率78.13%。结论高频超声能够为乳腺癌临床诊治提供有价值的影像学参考,值得推广使用。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the imaging features and clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 96 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were convenient eurolled in the study. All patients were diagnosed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound system. Retrospective analysis of ultrasound imaging data of patients was summarized. To summarize the imaging features of breast cancer, and to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results 96 cases of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of malignant lesions in 53 cases, benign lesions in 43 cases, pathological diagnosis of malignant lesions in 50 cases, benign lesions in 46 cases, based on gold standards, high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity of 82.0%, specificity of 73.91%, The compliance rate was 78.13%. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can provide valuable imaging reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, which is worthy of promotion.
