摘要
随着中国儿童保护的理念和实践日益发展，专业儿童社会工怍也越来越多地介入儿童保护领域，尤其是特珠儿童服务领域。特球儿童服务机构承担了特珠儿童照顾、教育等方面的功能，构成了特珠儿童社会服务的主要形式。本文基于对广东某特珠儿童康复中心的个案研究，在儿童保护视角下探讨社会工怍在特珠儿童服务机构的服务状况和问题。研究发现，目前该特珠儿童服务机构中的社会工怍存在着服务内容不完整、受限于制度规范和资源状况、缺乏服务衔接和完整服务流程等问题。儿童保护视角在政策与机构实务层面皆对于特珠儿童社会工怍服务的整畲与推进有着重要的启示意义。
With the development of the idea and practice of child protection in China, social work with children, comes into the service of child protection, especially in the service for the special children. The organizations for the special children make the function of children caring, education and so on, and become the main type in the special children service. Based on the case study of a rehabilitation centre for special children in Guangdong, the paper explores the situation and problems of social work services with the special children. The study concludes that the non integrated of content, restricted by system criterion and related resource, and lack of assortative service and workflow are significant problems. The suggestions on policy and practice are provided in the paper.
