摘要
目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗湿热下注型带下病的疗效及安全性。方法以我院104例带下湿热下注型患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(52例,给予龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗)和对照组(52例,给予西医常规治疗)。治疗2个疗程后,对比两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗湿热下注型带下病临床效果显著,且安全有效,能有效改善患者预后。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Modified Longdan xiegan decoction in treatment of leukorrheal diseases with under hot and humid betting type. Methods A total of 104 patients with under hot and humid betting type in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （52 cases, given modifed Longdan Xiegan Decoction） and control group （52 cases, given conventional Western medicine treatment）. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efcacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the adverse reaction was signifcantly lower than that of the control group, the diference were signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modifed Longdan xiegan decoction in treatment of leukorrheal diseases with under hot and humid betting type has signifcant efect and high safety, it can efectively improve the prognosis of patients.
