主要海洋产业结构变化的超前状态评价

Structural Lead Value of Major Marine Industries in China

摘要 本文在构建包含权重的海洋产业劳动生产率结构超前系数和总量超前系数因素分解模型的基础上,分析了2005~2013年主要海洋产业结构变化的超前状态。研究结果:在增加值总量上,海洋第三产业具有明显的超前发展倾向,第二产业的超前倾向不明显,第一产业的发展具有明显的滞后趋势;主要海洋产业的结构超前系数中,劳动生产率所起的作用较大,劳动力规模的变化产生的影响非常小;中国主要海洋产业的劳动生产率超前系数的特点与增加值总量超前系数的特点基本一致,只是在绝对数值上明显大于各自的总量超前或滞后系数。本文在此基础上提出了对策建议。 Labor productivity structural lead value including weight of marine industry and factor decomposition model of gross lead value are built up to analyze structural lead value of major marine industries in China from 2005 to 2013. The results show that, as is viewed from gross value added, tertiary marine industry has an obvious trend of advancing development, but advancing development trend of secondary marine industry is not so significant, and primary marine industry has an obvious trend of lagging development; labor productivity has a great effect on structural lead value of major marine industries, and the change of labor scale has a little effect on it; for major marine industry, the feature of labor productivity lead value is consistent with the feature of added value, but for the absolute values of their lead and lagging value, the former is significantly higher than the latter. During the process of major marine industrial structure optimization, we need to attach great importance to developing strategic emerging marine industries and improving the knowledge level and innovation capacity of labors.
