摘要
目的探讨综合护理在慢性阻塞性肺病患者的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的62例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者,按盲选法分为研究组(n=32)和对照组(n=30),对照组给予常规护理,研究组在以上基础上联合使用综合护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果两组护理前后其肺功能均有所改善(P<0.05)。研究组肺功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在COPD中应用综合护理干预可以有效的改善患者的肺功能,降低其心理压力,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study group（n =32） and the control group（n =30）. The group was given routine nursing, and the research group combined the comprehensive nursing intervention on the above basis to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The lung function of both groups improved before and after treatment（P〈 0.05）. The improvement of lung function in the study group was better than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in COPD can effectively improve the lung function of patients and reduce their psychological stress, which is worthy of application.
