摘要
目的评价可视喉镜与可视喉镜联合预引导管用于麻醉学专业住院医师在困难气道插管术中的教学效果。方法将麻醉科进行规范化培训的20名住院医师作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各10名住院医师。对照组采用可视喉镜学习,试验组采用可视喉镜联合预引导管学习。比较两组插管时间、插管成功率和考核成绩。结果与对照组比较,试验组插管时间短、插管成功率和考核成绩高,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用可视喉镜联合预引导管具有较高的成功率和安全性,能有效提高住院医生自信心和临床基本技能。
Objective To evaluate the application and effect of video laryngoscope and video laryngoscope combined with guided catheters for anesthesiology professional residents in difficult tracheal intubation. Methods A total of 20 residents who underwent standardized training in anesthesiology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 10 cases in each group. The control group was studied with a visual laryngoscope, and the experimental group was studied with a visual laryngoscope combined with a guided catheters. Intubation time, intubation success rate and assessment scores were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had short intubation time and high success rate of intubation and high scores. The difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Our study indicates that use video laryngoscope combined with guided catheters has a high success rate and safety, it can efectively improve the residents self-confdence and clinical basic skills.
