摘要
某公司水处理剂溴氯海因和溴硝丙二醇生产废水具有COD_(Cr)、 NaCl、有机卤代物(AOX)含量高的特点,设计采用铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀为核心的处理工艺。介绍了该废水处理工艺流程、主要设计参数及设备配置。实际运行结果表明,该工艺具有良好的去除效果,系统对COD_(Cr)的去除率大于90%、对AOX的去除率大于95%,出水水质完全满足当地污水处理厂的纳管标准。
Wastewater from BCDMH and bronopol production of a water treatment agent production company contains high concentration CODCr, NaCl, and AOX. A combined process of iron carbon microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation was used as the core technology to treat the said kind of wastewater. The process flow, main design parameters and device layout of the project were introduced. The actual running effect showed that, the said process has good pollutants removal efficiency, the removal rates of CODCr and AOX were above 90% and 95% respectively, the effluent water quality totally met the requirement of local sewage treatment plant.
