北京某再生水厂运行诊断及优化解析 被引量:2

Operation Diagnosis and Optimization Analysis of a Reclaimed Water Plant in Beijing

摘要 根据对北京某再生水厂1年运行数据的统计分析及现场调研,诊断该水厂在运行过程中存在的问题并给出解决和优化方案。该水厂采用A2/O和超滤组合工艺,出水TN和SS含量超标是该水厂面临的主要问题,进水碳源不足、好氧反应区供氧量低、厌氧区ORP过高、外回流比偏高和膜系统运行故障是导致出水问题的主要原因。通过诊断和分析,提出了针对出水TN和SS含量稳定达标的工艺运行优化措施,包括进水补充碳源、控制好氧区的曝气量、适当降低外回流比、定期对膜系统进行检修和清洗等。实施优化措施后,出水TN、TP的质量浓度分别为13.6、0.8mg/L,基本稳定达标;SS的质量浓度稳定在10 mg/L以下。 According to the statistical analysis of data and investigation at a reclaimed water plant in Beijing for 1 year, the operational problem was diagnosed and an optimization solution was proposed. A2/O(anaeroxic-anoxic-oxic) combined UF(ultrafiltration) technology was used in this reclaimed water plant, the main problems of the reclaimed water plant were the effluent TN and SS were higher than the standards, specifically, lacking of carbon source in the influent, lower DO content in oxic tank, higher oxidation reduction potential(ORP) in anoxic tank, higher reflux ratio and UF membrane system malfunction were the primary causes resulted in the effluent problems. Through the diagnosis and analysis, the suggestion on operational optimization and process modification were proposed to promote the effluent quality reach the standards, including carbon source supplement, improving DO content of oxic tank, controlling ORP of anoxic tank, decreasing reflux ratio, membrane system inspection and washing at regular intervals. The effluent quality reached the standards after optimization measures carried out. The mass concentration of effluent TN and TP was 13.6 mg/L and 0.8 mg/L respectively,which met the standard, and the mass concentration of SS kept below 10 mg/L.
