摘要
排水管网是城市重要的基础保障设施之一,排水管网运营过程中如果发生事故将严重影响其安全有效运行,甚至影响整个城市的正常运行。为此,针对排水管网事故的监控与管理模式进行了梳理与研究,强调了开展排水管网在线监测对事故预警的重要意义。案例分析表明,在城市易涝点布设液位在线监测,可以对内涝事故进行预警,以便提前采取具有针对性的措施,预防事故发生,保障城市排水安全。
Drainage Network is one of the important basic supporting infrastructures in a city. The accidents of the drainage network can seriously affect the safety and efficiency of the system, and even affect the normal running of the whole city. Therefore, monitoring and management mode of drainage network accidents was collected and analyzed. It was found that carrying out on-line monitoring had important implications for accident early warning. According to the case analysis, waterlogging accidents could be warned by setting on-line liquid monitoring system in waterlogging points of the city in order to carry out targeted measures in advance. So, the accidents were prevented, and the safety of the urban drainage was ensured.
