摘要
利用茉莉酸甲酯,重复刺激诱导白木香结香,提高所结沉香中沉香四醇的含量。白木香经锯伤、及3种浓度(0、10、50 g/L)茉莉酸甲酯重复刺激(仅1次、1次/月、2次/月、4次/月)诱导结香,时长6个月,HPLC法测定所结沉香中沉香四醇的含量。结果表明:10 g/L茉莉酸甲酯2次/月刺激诱导白木香所结沉香中沉香四醇含量最高,为1.78 mg/g。由此可知,利用植物激素茉莉酸甲酯诱导、重复刺激均能明显提高白木香所结沉香中沉香四醇的含量。
Methyl jasmonate was used to stimulate repeatedly Aquilaria sinensis to form agarwood which has high content of agarotetrol. Agarwood was induced by sawing or three concentrations(0, 10, 50 g/L) of methyl jasmonate, then repetitive stimulation(only once, once per month, twice per month, 4 times per month) for 6 months. The HPLC method was used to determine the content of agarotetrol in the agarwood. The result showed that the content of agarotetrol in the agarwood of A. sinensis treated twice per month with 10 g/L of methyl jasmonate was the highest, 1.78 mg/g. In conclusion, phytohormone methyl jasmonate and repeated stimulation are beneficial to increasing the content of agarotetrol in the agarwood of A. sinensis.
