摘要
目的探讨骨康颗粒联合鹿瓜多肽用于骨质疏松性骨折术后的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2016年12月收治的骨质疏松性骨折患者165例,随机分为对照组(83例)与研究组(82例)。对照组患者给予骨康颗粒治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用注射用鹿瓜多肽8 mg静脉滴注,治疗3个月。结果研究组总有效率为90. 24%,显著高于对照组的73. 49%(P <0. 01);治疗后,两组患者疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者髋关节功能评分(Harris评分)及白细胞介素2(IL-2)均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相当(1. 20%比0,P> 0. 05)。结论骨康颗粒联合鹿瓜多肽用于骨质疏松性骨折术后疗效确切,可显著改善疼痛程度,减轻炎性反应,安全性较好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gukang Granules combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide in the treatment of patients undergoing operation of osteoporotic fracture. Methods Totally 165 patients with osteoporotic fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（ n = 83） and the study group（ n = 82）. The control group was treated with Gukang Granules,on this basis,the study group was given intravenous drip of 8 mg Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide for Injection. The two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90. 24%,which was significantly higher than 73. 49% of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. After treatment,the visual analogue scale（ VAS） score,levels of C-reactive protein（ CRP）,interleukin-6（ IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） in the two groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The hip function score（ Harris score） and level of IL-2 in the two groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were similar（ 1. 20% vs. 0,P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Gukang Granules combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide have a definite curative effect on patients undergoing operation of osteoporotic fracture,which can significantly improve the degree of pain and reduce inflammatory reaction. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
