摘要
在一级破碎站生产运行过程中经常出现破碎腔内蓬煤现象,如果不能及时发现并手动停止上料刮板机或是板式给料机,容易造成破碎机箱体内出现堆煤或破碎机卡堵停机故障,因此,利用雷达料位监测技术实现对破碎腔内物料的时时动态监测,有效预防了因破碎腔内蓬煤所导致的破碎机停机等一些列故障的发生,为破碎站安全平稳运行提供了技术保障。
In the process of primary crusher running there are disheveled coal phenomenon, if the crushing station operator can't manually stop the scraper conveyor or heavy plate type feeder, it's likely to cause crushing machine shell heap coal or card block shutdown failure, which aggravate the drive unit, gear roller coupling damage, affect the system efficiency, and increase equipment maintenance costs. Therefore, the company takes advantage of radar detection technology to achieve the coal in the cavity of crusher of the dynamic monitoring all the time, effectively prevents the crushing chamber caused by disheveled coal and some of the accident occur, which provide the technology guarantee for safe and smooth operation of the crushing station.
