摘要
为了解决传统CD法在大跨隧道Ⅳ级围岩施工过程中的低效率、误工期问题,以山东滨莱改扩建项目5座双向8车道隧道为工程背景,通过对乐疃隧道、佛羊岭隧道Ⅳ级围岩将传统CD法创造性改进为上台阶CD法开挖工艺,该法在保障安全质量前提下,确保了工期,大幅节约成本,应用成效突出,可供今后类似工程施工参考。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and delayed construction period in the construction of grade IV surrounding rock of long-span tunnel by traditional CD method on the basis of five tunnels which are two-direction 8-lane in the reconstruction and extension project of Binlai expressway,Shandong Province, are taken as the engineering background, and the traditional CD method is creatively improved into the upper center bench CD method for the excavation of grade IV surrounding rock of Yuetong and FoYangling tunnels, which ensures the safety of the tunnel. On the premise of safety and quality, the construction period is guaranteed, the cost is greatly saved, and the application effect is outstanding, which can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
