摘要
2-氟丙烯酸甲酯在医药、材料工业、光纤通信中有广泛的用途。以氟乙酸甲酯和草酸二甲酯为原料,经缩合反应生成克莱森钠盐中间体,再与多聚甲醛反应制得2-氟丙烯酸甲酯。产物经1H-NMR、红外光谱、GC-MS等表征确认。本工艺路线短、操作简便,收率较高。
Methyl fluoroaerylate ( 2- ) has a wide range of uses in medicine, material industry and optical fibercommunication.In this paper, methyl fluoroaeetate and oxalate two methyl ester were used as raw materials to produceClaeson sodium salt intermediates through condensation reaction, and then reacted with polyformaldehyde to produce2-fluoroaerylate.The products were confirmed by 1H-NMR, and IR spectra and GC-MS spectra.The process has theadvantages of short route, simple operation and high yield.
