摘要
目的比较急性阑尾炎患者在进行治疗时选择腹腔镜手术方法治疗和开腹手术方法进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年10月—2018年2月收治的急性阑尾炎患者86例作为研究对象,将所有患者采用随机方法分为观察组和对照组,平均每组患者43例。在治疗过程中为对照组患者通过开腹手术进行治疗,观察组患者则采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,评价两组患者的治疗效果和手术情况。结果经过治疗以后,本研究的两组患者均获得了治愈,对两组患者的手术情况进行比较,观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复排气时间和住院时间等方面的相关指标都明显比对照组更优,经过统计学软件的检验,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;评价两组患者切口感染的发生率,观察组患者切口感染的发生率比对照组更低,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对急性阑尾炎患者治疗时应用腹腔镜手术进行治疗能够大大的缩短手术的时间,可减少术中的出血量,促使患者更好的恢复,同时这种治疗方法能够降低切口感染的发生率。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis patients. Methods 86 patients with acute appendicitis admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects, all the patients by adopting the method of randomly divided into observation group and control group, the average of 43 patients with each group. During the treatment, the patients in the control group were treated with open abdominal surgery, and the patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the therapeutic efect and operation of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients in this study were cured, compared with the two groups of patients, the observation group patients with surgery time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative recovery time and hospital stay and other related indicators were significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; The incidence of incision infection in observation group was lower than that in control group, P 〈 0.05, the diference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion Application of laparoscopic treatment in patients with acute appendicitis surgical treatment can greatly shorten the time of surgery, can reduce the blood loss during operation, prompted the recovery of patients with better, at the same time, the treatment can reduce the incidence of infection of incision, is worthy of popularization and application.
