摘要
通过调查分析我院近两年一类手术切口预防应用抗菌药物的使用情况,加强抗菌药物的使用管理,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。我院一类切口手术病例预防用抗菌药物经过2016年底《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则(2015年版)》、《抗菌药物临床应用管理评价指标及要求》的学习和实施,2017年临床应用取得了一定进步,但在品种选择、用法用量、疗程、时机等方面仍有一定的提升空间。
To strengthen the management of antibiotic use by investigating and analyzing the use of antibiotics in the prevention of first-class surgical incision in our hospital in the past two years so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Through the study and implementation of Guiding Principles for Clinical Application of Antibacterials （2015 edition） and Evaluation Indicators and Requirements for Clinical Application and Management of Antibacterials at the end of 2016, some progress was made in 2017 in the clinical application of prophylactic antibiotics in first-class incision operation cases in our hospital. However, some aspects such as the selection of varieties, usage and dosage, course of treatment and time of treatment will remain to be further improved.
