摘要
分析了管壳式换热器的振动机理、振动的危害,结合实例,对管壳式换热器设计中振动情况进了计算和分析,提出了消除振动的措施以及消除振动中需考虑的事项。
The mechanism and harm of the vibration of tube bundles in shell and tube heat exchanger are summarized. Taking a shell and tube heat exchanger as an example, the vibration of tube bundles is calculated and analyzed, and the measures to eliminate vibration and the matters to be considered in eliminating vibration are proposed.
