摘要
目的 :分析基于HIMSS EMRAM 7标准的医院信息系统在手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 :围绕手术患者医疗信息共享、交接、用药、输血、病理标本交接、灭菌包追溯、医疗废弃物管理等流程实施信息化系统建设。结果:实现手术医疗、护理信息高度共享,做到全程无纸化无缝流程管理,提升患者安全,减少科室运营成本。结论 :HIMSS EMRAM 7评审标准下的手术室信息化系统建设在手术患者护理中的运用可以提升手术患者安全和护理质量管理水平,有效减少成本投入,提升工作效率。
Objective： To implement Hospital Information System （HIS） based on HIMSS EMRAM 7 （level 7 of Electronic Medical Records Adoption Model, from Hospital Information and Management System Society） in nursing care of patients undergoing operation. Methods： The information system was developed around the process of surgical patients＇ information sharing, handover, medication, blood transfusion, pathological specimen handover, sterilization package trace ability, medical waste management and others. Results： The application of the new HIS system realized the high sharing of surgical and nursing information, achieved paperless and seamless process management, improved patient safety and reduced the operating cost of departments. Conclusion： The application of operating room HIS under HIMSS EMRAM 7 evaluation standard can improve the level of patients＇ safety and care quality management, reduce cost input and improve work efficiency.
