摘要
目的分析探讨柳氮磺吡啶与来氟米特用于强直性脊柱炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取本院在2015年8月~2017年9月收治的80例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者施以柳氮磺吡啶药物治疗,而研究组施以柳氮磺吡啶联合来氟米特药物治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.5%,比对照组的77.5%明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后晨僵时间、指地距离、关节的疼痛程度以及扩胸试验的疼痛指数等指标的改善情况均比对照组明显优越,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血沉(ESR)、血清反应蛋白(CRP)均比照组有明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柳氮磺吡啶与来氟米特联合应用对于治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果显著,能有效对缓解患者症状,延缓其病情进展,具有广阔的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sulfasalazine and leflunomide inthe treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 80 pa- tients with severe direct spondylitis treated in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects and were ran- domly divided into the study group and the control group, each with 40 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine, while the study group was treated with sulfasalazine and leflunomide, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.5%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The improvement of morning stiffness, distance of finger to ground, pain degree of joint and pain index of chest expansion test after treatment in the study group were superior to those in the group. The difference was statistically significant. （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the study group had a significant improvement in blood sedimentation （ESR） and serum reactive protein （CRP）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of sult：asalazine and leflunomide has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. It can effectively relieve the symptoms and delay the progress of the disease. It has a broad clinical value.
