摘要 通过对渤海油田水基钻井液体系进行优化,并对钻井液固液分离技术进行研究,配套固控处理措施,建立渤海湾NaCl+KCl/PF-COK抑制剂的一套环保型水基钻井液体系,对现场所用钻井液进行回收压滤,最大限度实现钻井液的可循环再利用,减少废弃物总量和降低废弃物处理难度,使钻井液体系达到减量化处理和可回收再利用效果,降低海上废弃钻井液的运输成本和处理成本,实现海上钻井液减排的同时实现降本。目前通过压滤装置可以实现每100 m3废弃钻井液压滤80 m3滤液继续配制钻井液回用,20 m3滤饼再处理,实现减排80%。 This paper studies the optimization and the solid-liquid separation technology of the water-based drilling fluid system of Bohai oilfield,and supporting solid control treatment measures to help realize an environment-friendly water-based drilling fluid system of NaCl+KCl/PF-COK inhibitor in Bohai bay. The drilling fluid used in the field is recovered and pressure filtered to reach the filtrate can be recycled,realizing the recycling of drilling fluid to the greatest extent and reducing the total amount of waste and the difficulty of waste treatment,achieving the effect of reducing and recycling utili-zation of the drilling fluid,reducing the transportation cost and processing cost of marine waste drilling fluid,realizingthe emission reduction of marine drilling fluid and reducing costs at the same time. At present,the filter press device can realize 80m3 filtrate per 100m3 of waste drilling fluid filter press to continuously prepare drilling fluid for reuse,and 20 m3filter cake can be reprocessed,thus realizing 80% emission reduction,which provides reference for the whole life cycle man-agement of Bohai oilfield water-based drilling fluid system from the integration of application,recycling utilization and solid waste treatment.
