陷落柱探测及注浆加固一体化治理技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 寺河矿西井区3#煤层开采属带压开采,承压水头压力最大2 MPa以上,受水患威胁较为明显。陷落柱、断层等导水构造已成为制约矿井安全生产的主要因素。根据三维地震资料显示,W2301工作面内存在X2陷落柱,长轴长80m,短轴长55m左右。为防止陷落柱导通承压水,影响安全生产造成事故,利用井下物探、钻探技术对W2301工作面X2陷落柱进行探查,根据物探和钻探结果对其进行堵水注浆,再次进行导水性探查,得出安全回采评价报告,为寺河矿其它工作面陷落柱治理提供了可靠技术依据。 No.3 coal seam in the Xijing area of Sihe mine is mined under water pressure and the maximum pressure of the confined water is more than 2 MPa.The risk of flooding is obvious.Collapse columns,faults,and other water-conducting structures have become major factors that restrict the safety of mine production.According to the 3 Dseismic data,there are X2 collapse columns in the W2301 working face,with a major axis of 80 mand a minor axis of about 55 m.In order to prevent the conducting the confined water by collapse columns and the other accidents,the X2 collapsing columns of W2301 working face was probed by the geophysical exploration and drilling.The exploration data was used in water blocking grouting.After another conducting detection,a safe mining evaluation report was obtained,which could provide a reliable technical basis for the treatment of the collapse columns in Sihe Mine.
