摘要
磁保持继电器作为智能电表的关键元器件之一,应具有良好的抗短路电流能力。该文以某型号智能电表用磁保持继电器触头系统为研究对象,分析磁保持继电器动触头斥开过程的受力情况。计算不同电流、不同触头间接触力和不同布氏硬度系数下的Holm力。建立继电器触头系统三维电磁场数值仿真模型,通过等效力臂的方法计算得到不同短路电流条件下动触头受到的安培力,还分析不同动触头侧导电杆(包括动簧片、大小分流片)长度下的动触头受到的安培力。同时,利用克力计测量触头间接触力等力的数据。根据理论分析和试验测量的结果,很好地解释了磁保持继电器动触头在短路电流条件下斥开的物理机理。结果表明,适当增加触头间接触力和动导电杆长度可以在一定程度上有效抑制触头斥开。该研究可为进一步提高智能电表用磁保持继电器的抗短路电流能力及触头系统优化设计提供参考。
The magnetic latching relay is one of crucial components for intelligent watt-hour meters, and it is required with heavy short circuit current carrying capacity. This paper focused on contacts systems of magnetic latching relays used in intelligent watt-hour meters, force analysis of contacts systems, especially the movable contact and electric conductors were presented, the Holm force under different conditions including the contact force, currents, and Brinell hardness coefficients were calculated. A three-dimensional electromagnetic field numerical simulation model of a certain type magnetic latching relay contacts system was built and calculated. To obtain the equivalent Ampere force of the movable contact under different short-circuit current carrying conditions; the equivalent arm method was used during the calculation process. The Ampere forces under different lengths of movable conductors at the side of movable contacts were calculated, which included the movable reed, big and small shunting pieces. At the same time, the contact force between the movable contact and the stationary contact was measured by force meter. According to the results of theoretical analysis and measurement, the mechanism of movable contact repelling process under the short circuit current carrying condition for the magnetic latching relay is well explained. The results show that the risk of contact repelling could be reduced by increasing the contact force and adding the length of the movable conductor within the reasonable extent. This study can provide a reference forfurther improving the capability to withstand short-circuit currents and optimal design of the contact system for the magnetic latching relays of intelligent watt-hour meters.
