摘要
总结了国内低熔点聚酯的种类、制备工艺方法如酯交换法、直接酯化法、间歇工艺路线、连续工艺路线,在纺丝和无纺布领域的应用。介绍了低熔点聚酯短纤的国内外发展概况和生产工艺路线,最后对低熔点聚酯产品的研究开发提出建议。
The kinds of low melting point polyester in China,the preparation methods such as transesterification,direct esterification,batch process route,continuous process route,and their applications in the field of spinning and non-woven fabrics are summarized. The development and production process route of low melting point polyester staple fiber at home and abroad are introduced. Finally,suggestions for the research and development of low melting point polyester product are put forward.
