摘要 采用基于"水化-温度-湿度-约束"多场耦合机制的抗裂性评估理论与方法,结合城市轨道交通工程典型的主体结构形式,考虑材料、结构、施工等因素对城市轨道交通地下车站主体结构混凝土开裂风险的影响,系统研究了混凝土自身材料性能(强度等级、绝热温升、自生体积变形)、结构(长度、厚度)、施工工艺(浇筑季节、入模温度、模板类型、拆模时间)等因素对开裂风险的定量影响,明晰了各参数对侧墙结构混凝土开裂风险的影响规律,为抗裂性能控制指标的确定和类似工程侧墙结构混凝土早期抗裂提供指导。 Combined with the typical main structural form of urban rail transit engineering, considering the effects of materials, structure, construction on the crack resistance of urban rail transit underground station, the quantitative influence of the material properties(strength grade, adiabatic temperature rise, autogenous volume deformation), structure(length, thickness), construction process(pouring season, casting temperature, template type, demolition time) of concrete on cracking risk were studied based on "hydration-temperature-humidity-constraination" multi-field coupling theory and method of crack resistance evaluation, the influence law of various parameters on concrete cracking risk of side wall structure was clarified, which could provide guidance for the determination of crack resistance performance control index and early crack resistance of similar engineering side wall structure concrete.
