摘要
以某型采煤机的摇臂传动系统作为分析对象,根据采煤机工作时的实际工况建立了采煤机传动系统的有限元模型,利用Matlab仿真分析软件对其传动系统进行了动力学分析,建立了摇臂传动系统工作时危险部分的应力图谱并对摇臂传动系统进行了疲劳分析,建立了摇臂传动系统的疲劳寿命可靠性模型,分析了摇臂传动系统的结构参数对其工作可靠性的影响。通过对采煤机摇臂转动系统的优化,极大地提高了采煤机摇臂传动系统工作的可靠性及稳定性。
Taking the rocker drive system of a certain shearer as the analysis object, the finite element model of the shearer transmission system is established according to the actual working condition of the shearer, and the dynamic analysis of the drive system is carried out by using the Matlab simulation analysis software. The stress diagram of the dangerous part of the rocker arm transmission system is established, the fatigue analysis of the rocker arm transmission system is carried out, and the reliability model of the fatigue life of the rocker arm transmission system is established.The influence of structural parameters of rocker arm transmission system on its working reliability is analyzed. By optimizing the rotation system of the rocker arm of the shearer, the reliability and stability of the driving system of the rocker arm of the shearer is greatly improved.
