摘要
"辨体用方"以"方为人所用、方须人所宜"为出发点,注重因人制宜的制方思想,即以人的体质类型和体质状态为依据,探讨调体用方、用药特色。它是以辨体为前提,采用"专方调体、辨证选方、专体专药"相结合的思路,在此基础上据病证加减变方。
＂ Chinese medicine prescription in accordance with constitution differentiation＂ is based on the principle that ＂ the prescription is used for the welfare of patient＂ and ＂ the prescription should be suitable for the patients＂,paying attention to the idea of the prescription system being based on the human condition. In other words,it is based on the physical type and physical state of the patient and the specific prescription used to improve the constitution of patient as well as the medication characteristics are discussed. Therefore,the distinguishing of the patient＇s constitution is the premise and the final prescription is to make by using the combination of ＂ prescription for the special individual,prescription based on syndrome differentiation as well as ＂ special medicine for the special case＂.
