摘要
目的分析云浮地区急性手外伤的相关因素,为其临床防治提供依据。方法随机选取2013-2016年云浮地区385例急性手外伤患者为研究对象,以其完整住院病历为研究信息来源,相关数据输入经查阅文献设计的《手外伤患者信息调查表》,分析385例手外伤患者的相关因素。结果 385例手外伤患者中,男345例(89.61%),女40例(10.39%),年龄(35.12±5.13)岁,其中发病高峰年龄段为40～49岁,达35.84%。石材行业致伤所占比例(51.69%)高于机器制造业致伤、农林牧渔业致伤、日常生活利器致伤和其他致伤(χ~2=57.098、133.829、182.666、228.286,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000),冬季手外伤所占比例(30.13%)高于春季(χ~2=27.972,P=0.000),切割伤所占比例(35.32%)高于挤压伤、绞伤和离断伤,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.384、21.770、26.981,P=0.004、0.000、0.000)。结论急性手外伤青壮年男性多发,工作场所切割伤较多,应及时做好季节安全知识宣教,定期检查工作器械和环境等,发现问题及时上报和急救,并制定有效防护措施。
Objective To investigate the related factors of acute hand injuries in Yunfu city,and to provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 385 patients with acute hand trauma in Yunfu city from 2013 to 2016 were selected as the research objects,and the information of the complete hospitalization records were taken as the research information. The related data were entered into the information questionnaire of hand trauma patients,which were designed by the literature.The related factors of 385 cases of hand trauma were analyzed. Results In the 385 patients with hand injuries,345 cases were male（ 89. 61%） and 40 cases were female（ 10. 39%）,and with the age at（ 35. 12 ± 5. 13） years old. The peak age of the patients was 40 to 49 years old,which accounting for35. 84%. The proportion of the injury caused by the stone industry（ 51. 69%） was higher than that of machine manufacturing,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery,daily life,and other injuries（ χ^2= 57. 098,133. 829,182. 666,228. 286,P = 0. 000、0. 000、0. 000、0. 000）. The proportion of patients with hand injury in winter（ 30. 13%） was higher than that in spring（ χ^2= 27. 972,P = 0. 000）,and the proportion of cutting injuries（ 35. 32%） was higher than those of extrusion,strangulation and severed injury. The differences were significant（ χ^2= 8. 384,21. 770,26. 981,P = 0. 004、0. 000、0. 000）. Conclusions Acute hand injuries occurred frequently in young male adults,and more injuries occurred in the workplace. Doctors should timely do propaganda work on seasonal safety knowledge,regularly check working equipment and environment,and find out problems timely report and handle.
