摘要
目的分析观察匹伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法随机将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者分成两组,对照组和实验组均为30例;入院后全部患者均采用临床常规治疗时,对照组在常规治疗的同时采用缬沙坦治疗,实验组在常规治疗的同时采用匹伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率为93. 33%(28/30),高于对照组患者的73. 33%(22/30)(P <0. 05);治疗后实验组的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿微量白蛋白(24h UAlb)水平均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患者的糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、胰岛素、空腹血糖(FBG)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);在不良反应发生率方面,对照组和实验组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论采用匹伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者能取得比较理想的效果,能对患者肾脏进行有效保护,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pevastatin calcium combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 30） and the experimental group（ n = 30）. All patients were treated by clinical routine treatment after admission,and the control group was treated with valsartan in the basis of the conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with pevastatin calcium combined with valsartan in the basis of the conventional treatment. Results The total clinical efficiency of the patients in the experimental group was 93. 33%（ 28/30）,which was significantly higher than73. 33%（ 22/30） of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN） and 24 h UAlb（ 24 h UAlb） in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; There was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb Alc）,insulin,and fasting blood glucose（ FBG） in the two groups after treatment（ P〉 0. 05）; In the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Pivastatin calcium combined with valsartan treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy can achieve the ideal effect,which can effectively protect the kidney of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
