摘要
为有利于中国糖业协会提出的中国糖业转型升级行动计划(2018—2022年)的实施,实现糖农增收300元/667m2、食糖生产成本降低300元/t的目标,提高全行业竞争力。本文分析了中国制糖产业转型升级的主要影响因素,包括国家制定的支持糖料作物和食糖的政策、国际食糖市场及走私糖对中国糖业的影响、淀粉糖与高甜度甜味剂替代的影响、作物比较效益的相对消长的影响、规模化和机械化对糖料作物种植成本的影响等。
In order to facilitate the implementation of the sugar industry transformation and upgrading plan in China (2018-2022) proposed by the China Sugar Industry Association, to achieve the goal of increasing farmers' income by 300 yuan/667 m2 and reducing sugar production cost by 300 yuan/t in sugar making enterprises, to improve the competitiveness of the whole sugar industries. This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of China's sugar industry, including the state support policies for sugar crops and sugar industry, the impact of the international sugar market and smuggling sugar on China's sugar industry, the effects of the substitution of starch sugar and high -sweet sweetener, the relative growth and decline of comparative benefits of crops, the climate factors, and the effects of the scale and mechanization on the planting cost of sugar crops, etc.
