摘要
目的探讨应用6S管理模式对消化内镜中心内镜清洗消毒质量、护士专业知识以及患者满意度的影响。方法2016年9月起消化内镜中心开始实施6S管理模式，比较实施前后各100件消化内镜清洗消毒质量合格率，19名护理人员专业知识考核得分，以及100例患者对护理工作的满意度。结果6S管理模式实施后，消化内镜清洗消毒质量合格率较实施前提高，且护士专业知识考核成绩提高，患者对病区环境、服务态度满意度以及满意度总分均较实施前提升，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论6S管理模式的实施，提高了消化内镜中心护理质量与护士专业知识水平，患者满意度得到了明显的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of the 6S management model on the cleaning and disinfection quality, nurses＇ professional knowledge and patients＇ satisfaction in the digestive endoscopy center. Methods The 6S management model was adopted in the Department of Digestive Endoscopy Center since September 2016. The qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection for totally 200 digestive endoscopes, the professional knowledge examination scores of 19 nursing staff and 100 patients＇ satisfaction with nursing were compared before and after adopting the model. Results After adopting the 6S management model, the qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection for digestive endoscopes were higher than that before adopting the model; the nurses showed higher scores in profession knowledge examinations; and the patients were more satisfied with the ward environment and services, showing a higher overall score （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The 6S management model improves the quality of endoscope nursing, nurses＇ professional knowledge as well as patients＇ satisfaction significantly.
